Fantastic service and great quality flooring. When I went in to order the carpets for my new house, the staff were extremely helpful and polite. They really can\'t do enough for you. Much better than going to Carpet Right and such places - much more professional and personal service. Fitters were very clean and tidy and took their shoes off at the door! I bought all the carpets for my house from Balfour Carpets after having a house fire. They were most helpful and prompt. Firstly someone came and measured all the roooms hall stair and landing then we went to choose carpets the salesman was very good and advised us about each carpet we puchased.
