Would like to thank Riverdale for great service and excellent products.We called in 2 weeks ago and ordered wooden flooring and a stair carpet.The flooring was ready for collection as we requested 2 days later and carpet fitted exactly at a time to suit us and it was fitted by an excellent fitter. We liked the flooring that much we ordered more for the porch and it was delivered along with the carpet so we didn\'t have to collect it. The gentleman we placed the order with was very knowledgable and helpful when were choosing.Would definitley return when doing next project.Highly recommended....

I would like to give a review about Riverdale Flooring at Hillsborough. Having ordered my stock of oak flooring in September I asked if I could have it delivered later that month When i rang to confirm a delivery they told me that the delivery van had broken down(1st time)then that my batch had been checked and was found faulty (2nd time)What ad actually happened is that they had sold my stock and couldnt get a replacement and if I had to reorder that the price had gone up by 40%. When I questioned this Alan at the store said that it had happened to somone before and that they could \'get away\' with doing this again When my stock was delivered 17th Dec!! Mark the fitter (and I undersand part owner)attempted to remove some of the glue and DPF agent without my knowledge Fortunately I saw this and challenged him to replace this He became very aggresive and only when I threatened to inform my credit card company did he give me my stock back. I have heard similar stories about this Company and would advice that this company have lied constantly to me and my wife have been rude and aggresive. ...
