Unlike many other people i had a really positive experience with this company and found their customer service team very helpful and my itmes arrived on time on the date i booked. I bought Kardean flooring from them a tub of adhesive and some karndean tiles for the kitchen i also used the offer of 10% discount so i got it all alot cheaper than i could find it any where else. However proceed with caution as the other 2 reviewers did not have such a good experience with them as i did....

Be very careful with this company. They will not accept any returns even though they may be responsible for any over-ordering. They say it is company policy but they do not tell you this when you are a perspective customer, only after you have paid and realise you have too much. Also, they let you down with deliveries and do not have the courtesy to keep you informed. In todays society when service pays, I cannot see this company being in business for long. I will in future deal with reputable companies. Hard luck Completely Flooring....

I have had nothing but problems with this company I would advise anyone considering them to think long and hard about using them. It is true that you can call them and speak to somebody but there ability to organise and process an order is non existant. I have been waiting almost a month for my order to be delievered having arranged for it to be delivered a total of six times. Each time Completly Flooring have failed to deliver the goods and failed to inform my that they were not delivering the goods. Therefore I have wasted many days of annual leave from work waiting for orders that were never going to arrive. I will never use this company again....
