Recently I have had the carpet fitted in my house from this store. Their carpet fitter scratched my bedroom wardrobes at a number of places. I was promised a number of times by the store owners that they will fix the problem but they never did. I had paid the full money after being promised that it will be fixed in a few days but now it has been over a month and they havn\'t fixed it. I am chasing them every week but in return i get an excuse like fitter if off sick, will fix it tomorrow, will call you later I am currently with another customer etc etc. There is no concept of customer service, they have cheated me. After 1 month when I asked them to either fix it or return my money, they started shouting at me and said \"send us a legal notice. We have been working in this business for over 20 years and we\'ll see you in court and bla...bla...bla\". I am really disappointed.I would never recommend these to anyone.Beaware of them cheaters....
