We had to use Ian Will\'s flooring services twice last year under very stressful circumstances. Our elderly aunt had 2 separate floods last year in her Devon bungalow. Most of the carpet in the bungalow had to be replaced in March - the problem was that we do not live in Devon and had to liaise closely with all the tradespeople by phone and occasional visits. Despite his busy schedule Ian personally came to measure up to suit my visit and then oranised all for us. We arrived as he was fitting the carpets at very short notice. He did a superb job, quick, efficient, friendly and totally trustworthy. Sadly in August this all happened again and Ian was brilliant again also having to replace kitchen flooring and specialist wetroom flooring too. Once again he was fantastically accomodating and supportive of our difficult situation. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and he and all his staff are really helpful and friendly too. In the nicest possible sense I hope not to see him for a while - no more floods please! Wish I lived in the area myself though. Thanks....

Ian Wills offered excellent customer service from the word go! We were amazed at the amount of choice compared to other carpet companies and found the right carpet easily and at the right price. Ian himself is a true gent and bent over backwards to fit our carpets when we wanted and to a very high standard. We had our whole house done with Ian Wills carpets and were blown away with the result. If you are in any doubt about which carpet firm to go for...don\'t be Ian Wills is the best in the South West!...
