I wanted a number of different and inexpensive carpets for various areas including the hall and stairs, and vinyl flooring for the bathroom and kitchen. Not only did Malcolm the owner find all of these items for me from the huge selection of remnants and roll-ends that he keeps in stock all the time, but was also more than willing to give me good advice and excellent value for money which suited my rather tight budget. He arranged to have all these items fitted by one of his own fitters, who I also found to be a most helpful and polite young man,(a rather rare quality these days) over three visits which suited me at no extra cost.This is definately \"Old Fashioned Service\" at its best and I will definately be recommending him to all my friends, family and work colleagues. Especially now when times are tough, we should be supporting him and ensuring that he and his team is still around the next time I need his services.He certainly makes you feel at ease without any high-pressure sales techniques or false FREE offers, and that he values your custom....
