The dynamic duo of Dave & Larry supplied & fitted the carpet/lino for my rental property in Bristol. They were extremely helpful and the job was completed to an excellent standard....

I had an awful nightmare using this company. I booked the carpet and wooden flooring to be put in a month in advance. I took a week off work, put the cats in the cattery and cleared the floors of the house in readiness. On the day the flooring was due to be done, nobody turned up and so I called them only to be told there was a problem and my flooring had been damaged in the warehouse so I had to go to the shop and choose a different laminate. However, the so called carpenter turned up and knocked about my floorboards a bit and secured a rotten floorboard. When I pointed out to him that the floorboard was rotten, he instructed me to go to a wood merchants and get my own wood! The next day I was told that the company could not do the carpet and laminate in my required timescales!! Great, I\'ve taken a week off work, put the cats in a cattery and cleared the floors of the house for nothing!!! Steer well clear of Fishponds Carpets, they are a complete and utter nightmare!...

I had a fabulous experienve with this shop. From the out set with the help and advice to the proffessional fitting. My house was transforned. The price was unbelievable too! Highly recommended!...
